Strategy

Strategy projects are customized for a team, department, or organization and focus on articulating a new strategy or clarifying an existing one. They may be a single-day “step-back” workshop, or a longer, more in-depth process. Typical components include new strategy design, assessing current resource use/workflow against an existing strategy, conducting a culture audit to test espoused values against real experience, or development of behavioral measures to ensure consistency between performance and strategic objectives. Once strategic objectives are clear, we identify next steps and get to work on implementation.
