As a Research Fellow with the Leadership Institute at London Business School (LBS), which aims to make a profound impact on the world through the generation and application of path-breaking leadership research. I partner with faculty to develop business-school case studies, articles, books, and other leadership-related projects. I also provide leadership instruction to Masters students and LBS administrative groups, focusing strengthening team function and collaboration skills.

I am an Affiliate Instructor at Harvard Law School’s Executive Education program, where I previously served as Executive Director, and I chair the Accelerated Leadership Program. Our mission at HLSEE is to develop lawyers as leaders to strengthen the legal profession and make a difference in the world,. I teach in HLS’s open enrollment leadership programs and also work with law firms and legal departments to develop tailored leadership programs for firm leaders, general counsel, and associates from across the globe.

The O Shaped project began in 2019 as a small gathering of GCs, passionate about driving positive change in the legal profession. It has grown to become synonymous with a cultural change that places people and human behaviours at the heart of a more modern, progressive legal profession. I’m delighted to be the O’s Global Head of Faculty, working to support our Education and Practice streams as we collaborate across the legal field to achieve our vision of realising the potential of every lawyer, everywhere, to contribute to a more engaged, inclusive and healthy profession.

I am a Community Advisor on Diversity Lab’s ambitious Move the Needle Fund, working with major law firms to support measurable, data-driven change in diversity outcomes by improving retention and advancement of diverse lawyers and ensuring equitable access to career-enhancing experiences. I’m also a coach in the OnRamp Fellowship program, which matches lawyers returning to work after a career hiatus with law firms and legal departments in the U.S. for year-long paid positions.

I serve as a core faculty member at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), where we design comprehensive leadership programming and network development support in furtherance of our mission of building a more open and diverse legal profession. I also consult on organizational and programmatic strategy, helping LCLD align program offerings and organizational behavior with the over-arching objective of changing the legal profession.
